    Q: Cleaning

A: Just lift up 4 clips around outer side of cage, and lift front part of cage up.

Q: Can it be controlled without the remote control?

A: Yes, it can! There’s a control panel on the base.

Q: Does the remote control the oscillating? Looking for this feature in a floor fan

A: No. The oscillation is controlled by a mechanical push - pull "pin" at the top of the motor housing.

Q: re: the timer function what are the timer intervals? how many selections are there? any assembly? how difficult?

A: There is some assembly, it's very easy to put together. There is five settings each one adds a hour to the timer.

Q: When this fan oscillates and goes to the right and to the left can you tilt the head of the fan down or up while it oscillates at the same time? I sleep on the floor when visiting and want the air to hit me.

A: You can tilt the fan down and it will oscillate at that position. It would have to stand a few feet away to hit the right area and span a body length, but it’s a great, quiet fan and would work.

Q: Does the fan have metal blades?

A: no, they are plastic & work well
