A: Gives you claim, it does
A: Yes the entire blade lights up & they make like a unique Star Wars sound their awesome, highly recommend, and they only make the light & noise when you push the button but it lasts for about a full minute or so, but the button is right on top where your holding it so it is very easy to continue the sounds & light effect, the kids just loved them & the big kids loved them too
