A: Even with a preorder your not guaranteed the item. I did a preorder when it first came available to do so and BestBuy just cancelled my order due to delays even though others who preordered got theirs. Very disappointing!

Q: When will more be coming in if one was not preordered? Can I request a hold on next shipment of one?
A: I am not sure when more will be coming but I did the preorder and Best Buy just cancelled my order saying it was delayed even though I see others who preordered got theirs. So sadly there is no guarantee even with holding one or during a preorder.
