A: Only on PC equalizer is not available on the console sadly.
Q: Do these work on a Mac laptop?
A: They should either Bluetooth or via the dongle
A: The hinge design has been improved and modify to be more durable, while also being lightweight
Q: Can you use these for a ps5?
A: Yes these work on Xbox, switch, PC and PS5. It was one of the main reasons I bought them!
A: Yes, USB-C dongle with an included type-A adapter. And yes, you can also connect it via bluetooth to your phone. I use these for work every day and been happy so far.
A: MY 9X KEPT CUTTING OUT THIS ONE SO FAR HAS NOT. BUILD QUALITY A LITTLE BETTER ON 9X
Q: Can you connect to a firestick?
A: Haven’t tried but would guess probably so. They have USB connections and dongle so would assume they can work with anything that can output through USB.
Q: is there a switch on the headset for ps5, if not how would you get them to work on that consel
A: The headset will connect to Ps5 if you flip the toggle on the connector to the “PC” setting, but I would not recommend buying these if you have a ps5, most of the headset features will not work but you’ll still get audio, with some static. I would say to look for the Ps5 compatible version

I’ve been using the Arctis Nova 7X for a while now, and it has completely redefined my gaming and audio experience. From the moment I put it on, the comfort is immediately noticeable—soft, breathable ear cushions and an adjustable headband make marathon gaming sessions a joy rather than a strain. Sound quality is absolutely phenomenal. The clarity, depth, and precision of the audio make every in-game sound, from footsteps to explosions, feel incredibly immersive. Music and movies also come to life with rich, balanced sound that rivals some high-end dedicated headphones. The microphone deserves a special mention—crisp, clear, and noise-canceling, it ensures my voice comes through perfectly, whether I’m chatting with teammates or streaming. Connectivity is seamless, with zero lag on Xbox, PC, or even mobile, making it versatile for all my devices. Battery life is impressive too, easily lasting multiple gaming sessions without needing a recharge. Plus, the sleek design and build quality feel premium, durable, and stylish. Overall, the Arctis Nova 7X is a must-have for any serious gamer or audio enthusiast. It perfectly combines comfort, performance, and style, making it worth every penny. I can’t recommend it enough!

This headset is like strapping a concert hall to your ears—except it’s for gaming, and it won’t judge your snack crumbs! The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7X delivers crisp, punchy sound that makes every explosion in Halo feel epic and every whisper in Among Us suspiciously clear. The 38-hour battery life? Basically a marathon runner—I barely charge it! Plus, the dual Bluetooth and 2.4GHz trick lets me jam to Spotify while trash-talking on Xbox Live. Comfort’s on point with plush earcups that hug my head like a cloud, though I wish the volume cranked a tad higher for my inner rockstar. Setup’s a breeze—just plug in the dongle and go. For under $200, it’s a multi-platform beast that’s tough to beat!

For 3 years of having an Xbox, I couldn't get used to having subpar sound with every headset I tried. I finally had enough and tried the Arctis Nova 7X and it was night and day difference. The directional audio was great, the volume was not deafening, but much louder (I don't even have it on max volume when I play.) The extra features like bluetooth to my phone so I can take calls and keep on gaming is life changing. I like the Red LED on the retractable mic so I know it is muted. Also, the shape of my head is odd and most headsets are not comfortable for long periods, but with the band on top instead of the cushion, it is very comfortable. I had spent $80 on a RIG 700HX headset a couple years ago and it was no better than the cheap, wired, no-name headsets I had tried. Do yourself a favor, skip this step and save $80; spend the extra money on his headset, even if you need to save up a little longer, it is well worth it.
