A: Sorry, I don't have an answer..I'm having the same Problem... I unplugged mine for weeks because it won't Stop Blinking F... I can't get anyone from Sunbeam to Answer my Questions either.. I Bought mine from Amazon a couple years ago..So it's not that old , not even Abused.. I wish they would stand by thier Products and Ansewr Our Questions..

Machine-washable pad ( the below is from the instruction manual ) WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector. 3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

There are several causes to a flashing control or a control displaying “FF, F1, or F2”: 1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Product wasn't plugged in properly. To FIX this problem, do the following to reset your product: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord) 3. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord) 4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet. Your Sunbeam® Premium Heating Pad with XpressHeat - Gray has a 5-year limited warranty. A: Try unplugging it from the wall and the pad. Then plug into pad first, then into the wall, It resets it!
