SVAT Electronics - 16-Channel, 16-Camera Indoor/Outdoor DVR Security System - Silver

I've used SVAT surveillance equipment in the past and have been very satisfied with the overall product and performance. When I saw this deal for a 16 camera system for $349, had to do it even though I wasn't in the market for it. I've set up 12 and have every inch of our house's perimeter monitored and recorded, including one inside of the garage where a break-in occurred a few years ago. If we had a camera in there then, we would have had the several minutes that it must have taken to break though our storm door in to the house. Now I have four back up cameras ready if one of the 12 goes down. And I can watch everything on my iPhone from wherever I am. Our older son has the app on his iPad and likes to watch the house when we're gone. Highly recommend.

Ordered this product because of the great value with 16 cameras. Setting up the DVR and the cameras was a breeze. Had trouble getting system to work on the router I was using and called tech support and was helped by Michel. Michel found that my router was the problem and after connecting to a different router he got me all set up and took the time to make sure my mobile devices were working. He could have just given up and left me to figure it out on my own but Michel is a true professional and an awesome problem solver. Thank you so much for the help and the great product.

I got this system on the deal of the day so was skeptical on quality but to my surprise the quality is fine for small business or home. The only bad part is the interface to view from your phone is horrible the app is wanting to display ads even when you upgrade

You can not get a better bargain than this at the price. I6 cameras with night vision and all the cables etc. I know that this product will serve my security and surveillance needs.

I have never had a security camera system so I don't have one to compare to, but I really like this one. It comes with everything you need to install (plenty of cable and cameras). I even have more for later incase one breaks. Installation was simple and with a little information from the manual I was able to maneuver the system. Great product and I got a great deal through Best Buy!!

Very useful. It is easily to install and monitor the 9 cameras. Stronly recommend this device for home safety purpose.

With so many cameras this system should be wireless....
