Q: Can you watch movies and charge this DVD player at the same time? What is the battery life like?
A: Yes you can watch and charge at the same time. Had the player a few months now and battery life is pretty good - able to watch two movies and still not be drained.
Q: Is the audio output high enough so that earphones are not needed?
A: I have to use the earphones and the best quality earphones at that. The other thing about it is the loading times for the DVD is lengthy, but maybe they are all that way.
