You should not sell this product, Best Buy

I actually laughed it was so absurd. Funny joke, Best Buy, but you should seriously stop carrying this useless, expensive product. Its build quality is very cheap and doesn't perform the advertised function. Do the honorable thing and pull it off the shelves. It's going back to the store on the morning. Cue the manufacturer response: "We're so sorry. Please contact us so we can blah blah blah blah". No, Targus. Just... No.

Since I started using it, I am yet to feel the heat from the computer after 10 hours. Strongly recommend. Fits 17" inch laptop.

Easy to use and cost was the right price for the value. This dual fan lap chill mat cooling system was what I needed and can't say any more about this product except I am glad I made this purchase and I didn't need to pay too much for it either. Highly recommend this cooling chill mat as it hooks directly into my laptop. Can also be used if a person likes to be on their computer while relaxing in a comfortable chair or in bed before going to sleep.

Very light weight and simple design makes it very easy to use.

Q: QuestionNeed the BEST cooling pad for an HP 17inchmy laptop gets extremely hot while I'm gaming and this is an obvious concern as I want this laptop to last (it's only 1 year old and I can already see the performance dwindling slowly). My real question - is there a difference between these cooling pads? I know nothing about them, what is the best one and what features does it provide that others don't? Sorry to be so vague, once I get more detail I'll have more questions (lol)

- A:Answer Don't buy the more expensive Targus cooling pad with 4 port USB Hub. I did and it worked 'okay' then quit after 2 weeks. The fans would suddenly shut down and emit a very loud noise. Finally stopped altogether. huge waste of money. I replaced it with the Targus 17 inch cooling pad, no USB ports, less expensive but so far its working and its QUIET. I would have preferred another brand but this was all I could find in a hurry.

- A:Answer Mine doesn't move enough air to make a tissue flutter when laid on top of the fans. As far as I'm concerned - it doesn't work. I returned the first one - the replacement doesn't work any better.

Q: QuestionI bought this after reading the Specifications. The advertisments says "4 USB Ports" but there it's no pass through USB port on this thing...First impression not so good. What does the website mean by 4 USB ports?
