I did have to have the 75” TV delivered because I don’t have a big enough car. The delivery originally said times would be between 11-5 which is to wide a time. But later they gave me a 2 hour window which much better for my work schedule. The drivers called me 15 minutes before to tell me they were on the way and the actual bringing the 75” TV in the house took 4 minutes. Awesome!!

Q: QuestionI have a 50 inch TV this 75 inch is going to replace. Can I use the Patrionics Large Tilt Mount I have the 50 inch TV currently mounted on to mount this TV. The directions for the wall mount says it will hold up to 128 pounds/max screen 70"?

- A:Answer Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. Q: QuestionI purchased the TV because in the advertisement of its specifications you showed 4 HDMI ports and 1 composite jack. The menu has the composite setting but I am unable to find the RCA jacks. Can you tell me where they are located.

- A:Answer The composite connection for this TCL TV is a single input located on the back of the TV near the other inputs. You would need to use an adapter to connect the traditional red/white/yellow cables you are used to seeing. The adapter would need to be purchased separately. Hope this helps! Q: QuestionThere are 4 holes on the back of the TV that I assume are for mounting, however, there seems to be some sort of screw already in them. Are these the holes to use? Do I just remove the screws?

- A:Answer Currently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. The Headquaters for TCL North America is located within the US.
