Bring back the colorful era of hippie culture with this two-speed Teac belt-driven turntable. Its psychedelic tie-dye art design commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love phenomenon, and its Audio-Technica dual-magnet cartridge provides enhanced sound clarity. This Teac belt-driven turntable has a switchable phono/line-level output and a USB port for versatile connectivity with various components.
Let's be honest...I bought this table because of the cool tie-dye finish, but this is no "gimmick" turntable! The construction and platter are first rate, and the cartridge (AT-95E) is an upgrade in this price range. Very easy to set up, and sounds awesome! So good to hear some old LP's again...I am amazed by the clarity and depth. I have not used the USB output to transfer to a computer yet, but that seems like a great feature. BTW-This is not a gloss finish (I was not sure what to expect based on the pictures). It is more of a matte finish, and really does basically look like a tie-dye shirt...really cool in person. My friends love the look of it, and I am very pleased with the sound and build quality.
I would recommend this to a friend
