A: They are 38 somewhat loose dvds thrown into a plastic box. Once you take them out you can't get them back in

A: Yes it includes every season and episode -- it's all distributed across 38 discs. Not only does it include every season and episode, but it also includes a bunch of bonus material that I have never seen before getting this DVD collection. Examples are deleted scenes, commentaries, bloopers, and more.

A: It absolutley does not
