This machine is awesome!

Omg I use it on my shoulders and upper back after a stressful work day and it makes my back feel so much better. Machine works well and I had it for a little while already and no issues. It also connects to an app that you can download in you smart phones and gives you different massage techniques.

||Posted .Costly investment but definitely worth it, I recommend getting the protection plan for the theragun because you will be using it a lot. Battery life is great and charges fast. Definitely great device to speed up the recovery process.

Second theragun elite that was DOA out the box
||Posted .Second new theragun elite that would not hold a charge or turn on after plugged in and charged to 99% in 4+ hours. I wanted to ensure the unit had a full charge before first use to get the battery at full capacity. Before it got to 100%, the unit turned off the oled display. I tried to power on as instructions directed, but nothing. When I plugged it back in, the unit said 0% and started the slow charge process again. The cord they have for the unit is very short too. Instead of elite, it should probably be the ‘epic’ model, as in epic fail.

Q: QuestionWhen i tilt the device i can hear loose pieces falling inside the body of the device. I've sent it back once already, the device they returned to me has the same issue is this normal? It sounds like there are screws or plastic pieces rolling inside.

- A:Answer For future readers who find this thread: I just got a Theragun Elite yesterday, and it had this issue. Sounded like a tiny screw rattling around. I returned it and got a new one, which does not have the issue. That tells me that it's not intentional. A device this expensive that is designed to move rapidly shouldn't have loose pieces rattling around inside! If you experience this issue, I recommend returning it for a new one.

Q: QuestionHow much force/pressure or strength you can push on to the body before it turns off by itself? I've had portable massagers that will turn off from too much applied pressure.

- A:Answer It nearly doesn’t lose any power when pushing down pretty hard. You probably can apply more pressure than you could handle before you notice it slowing down.

Q: QuestionExchanged 2x. First gun showed the LED charge screen, but stayed at 0% whether I used the wall charger or the Wireless Charger. Second gun charges wirelessly, but the wall charger neither shows the LED screen, nor does it add charge. Any advice?

- A:Answer Return it and get something from a different company. This happened to me and customer support was completely unhelpful. After doing more research, battery failure is a very common problem. I now have a $400 paperweight!
