Theragun - Smart Vibrating Roller - Black

After trying other brands vibrating foam rollers I was skeptical bc they’ve all been way too firm and felt like bricks essentially vibrating and causing more pain than good. I had really great luck with the Theragun G4 pro that I had to at least give it a try and the results have been amazing. The roller is soft yet firm enough to massage but doesn’t feel like you’re rolling on a concrete log. I like that it has 5 speeds so you can really hone in on your needs depending on how you trained. My quads, hamstrings, and calves have never felt better but I also stand on it to really dig into the feet. Build quality is top notch and I highly recommend this to anyone who needs recovery that gets just a little deeper.

Very strong vibration (back,hamstring,legs,)and very smooth low vibration (neck,shoulders,hands,arms and feet area).works well on a carpet floor with a yoga mat on top. I recommend for people like me who works in the warehouse lifting 50 pound boxes everyday at work.

Theragun has taken foam rolling to the next level. With the added benefits of vibrating I can get a full session in about half of the time it used to take with conventional rollers.

This was a present for my daughter, the runner. She is thrilled with it. It is great for warming up as well as for after the run. This was a winner!

This is a nice complimentary to the Theragun I purchased. both devices have helped with my back pain.

Verry good roller, works good at neck. Little bit expensive but does worth the price. Will definitely recommed. Make a habbit of using it everyday.

You won't regret buying this. Also my parents borrowed this and they never gave it back. I will have to get another one.
