10/10 On This PC! Value: This pc is advertised as coming with a 4060TI however mine actually came with a 5060TI, adding some extra value to my purchase. Overall this pc is a great price for the hardware and build quality. Shipping: The pc came shipped using the tried and true double box method, with ample support both inside the pc and out. It came perfectly intact with no damage to the pc or box. Build Quality: This pc has exceptional build quality and attention to detail, from beautifully managed cables, the beautiful matching fans that play well with the rest of the RGB, and the gorgeous side panel. Out of Box: Once unpackaged the pc was ready to go. Drivers and Bios all up to date (something you can’t take for granted on 14th Gen Intel CPUs!) with a screenshot of a benchmark the builder ran after completing the pc on the desktop. RGB software came installed and ready to go. It was also nice to see resizable bar support and the RAM properly configured in the bios. The pc came truly ready to download games and go. It was nice to see all the extra case hardware neatly tucked away in the 3.5” Drive Bays as well as all the extra motherboard hardware in the box. Cooling: With plenty of fans, a nice cpu cooler, and proper airflow this pc manages to run games without thermal throttling and the gpu stays under a cool 60 degrees under load. Some reviews say the fans seem to run a little slow but in my experience this has caused no cooling issues and it’s nice that it’s quiet. Performance: This cpu and gpu combo are able to run ay game you throw at it, a lot of those games are even able to run at 4K 60 or 120! Paired with 32GB DDR5 ram makes this PC a very attractive choice for gaming. This was my first time buying a prebuilt as I would normally build one myself but since I needed a PC fast I bought this Thermaltake and I’m really glad I did. They did just as good if not slightly better of a job putting it together than I would have myself. Overall I would highly recommended this PC to just about anyone looking to get into PC gaming, upgrading from an older PC, or just want a good value without having to put in any work!

Very happy with this purchase
I recently got a new gaming PC, and I have to say, it's excellent for the price. The cable management is very well done, which keeps everything neat and tidy. The only issue I encountered was with the addressable fans' RGB colors because the software was outdated upon arrival. However, I managed to figure it all out, and now everything is working great. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase!
