The CMOS image sensors allow constant recording at Full HD 1080p resolution with a wide 140-degree viewing angleof the road to minimize blind spots. This Thinkware F70 dash cam features Wide Dynamic Range, automatic light exposure and nighttime picture-quality correction to maintain vivid and clear recordings in all circumstances.

Puts the dash cam to sleep while in parking mode, conserving battery life and will re-engage if an impact is detected and instantly begins recording and saving footage.
Optional speed & red-light camera alerts and GPS data
Pair the dash cam with an optional GPS antenna (sold separately) to enable speed and red-light camera alerts and embed GPS data (speed, time, location) to video recordings.
8GB microSD card included
Plug and play ready. Expand the camera's storage and recording capabilities with a larger capacity microSD card up to 64GB (sold separately).

I didn't make a review right away because I hadn't had to use the dash cam but I had a really close call so I figured now was the time to make sure the dash cam works properly. I pulled up the mini sd on my laptop and the 8 gb card it comes with had a few days of continuous clips of some short trips which isn't bad. If your trips are longer, I'd probably recommend getting a larger mini sd card. It had folders for motion detection, parking detection, continuous records and event recordings. In the event recordings had 10 seconds before the incident I was looking for and 10 seconds after for a perfect clip of what I was looking for. The picture was clear as day and I like that it records sound as well that we're both really clear. This dash cam is well worth the price!

It’s my first dash cam purchase, I installed it on my 23 Camry, cord was long enough to hide beneath the trims. Video and sound recording are clear. Perfect for the price point.

Not recommended. The unit itself doesn’t have screen, no mobile app is compatible for viewing the recording without taking the sd card off. Power cord is permanently connected to a cigarette lighter which means you will lose one of the cigarette lighter just by having this powered.

Best little dash cam for the money. Very clear pictures and also includes parking mode if you hardwire the installation. Super compact and you forget you have a dash cam until you turn off your engine and it makes a melody alerting you that parking mode is on.

Excellent video quality. Has audio. App worked fine. Small enough to almost hide it under the rear view mirror. No screen, no problem. Buy the big capacity memory disc (comes with 8GB, rewrites over old footage) and one of those gadgets to insert the disc into it and see the videos on the iPhone. Still worked fine in TX heated car and 10 degree winter. So glad I got it!
