Q: How much clearance does this require around the unit for air flow? Can it be used in a microwave cabinet?

A: Booklet instructions says at least 3 inches all around. Because of extended cook time needed for convection and grilling, an enclosed cabinet may not work. Also, there is an electric grill device at inside top of oven that may cause extra heat if unit is enclosed.

Q: What are the INTERNAL dimensions? I think the 12.4" turntable will get me there, but I need to know the inside side-to-side and front-to-back dimensions. Thanks in advance.

A: yes, 13in inside

Q: Can it toast bagel, etc. ?

A: It doesn't have a mode for that, but I think with a couple tries one could figure out the right settings to do it!

Q: What is the convection and how does it work? Is it like a regular convection oven with a fan or does it some how use micro wave also?

A: convection is with fan and heat turntable turning. There are built in combinations that use both.
