These earbuds are incredible!
I absolutely love these. I use earbuds every day at work and at the gym. I'm pretty picky when it comes down to it. I hate washed out bass and tinny highs. These headphones sound absolutely incredible. The bass thumps so deeply it sounds like I'm in my car with my subwoofer. The mids are spot on and the highs sound perfect. I didn't even know there was an extra audio codec that runs with them. I don't know what that is but it must do something pretty great because that's sound amazing. The battery case is also fantastic. I love the dispay on it. It fully disappears when it's not lit up. It just has a quality look to it. (I'll add pictures to show you) I don't know how long these can run on one charge before needing to go back in the case ...but ive used them all day and they haven't died. They're extremely comfortable and you can't even feel them in your ear. They also give you tons of different size fittings to accommodate all ear sizes. And they aren't just thrown in a little bag. They are on a nice little display thing so they are already paired up. The one that was already equipped on it fit me perfectly. I have 4 other pairs of big name...overpriced earbuds and not only do these sound better, they last longer and fit my ear better. I never have to adjust them. If you are like me and are always on the search for a better set of earbuds ... These are them. I'm telling ya, just buy them. They are a fraction of the price of the competition and they legitimately sound better, function better and a have a better battery case. I'll add a screenshot of the codec thing I assume makes the audio even better. They also have an app that you can fully adjust the equalizer settings. I find the setting they are equipped with to sound perfect but having the options to adjust them is awesome. Tozo knocked it out of the park with these. Seriously...buy them. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Premium earbuds with exquisite sound
I purchased these earbuds because they looked good and were a reasonable price. I was hoping they'd be good, but thought I'd have to settle for some sound issues when comparing them to the more expensive buds they were replacing. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and I openend them up. These are premium earbuds. The build quality is too notch. They feel premium and look fantastic. They charged up quickly and sound wonderful. The sound profile is amazing and the sound profiles in the app are easy to use as make listening to any music an exceptional experience. The charging case is also premium and keeps the buds charged for days of continuous use. These are the best ear buds I've ever owned much nicer than the more expensive ones I've purchased in the past.

Beware! This is Fake & Counterfeit Product
We bought this product from bestbuy.com, to our surprise, per Bestbuy's own admission, https://www.bestbuy.com/product/tozo-please-note-primedepot-sellers-are-fake-and-counterfeit-black/J3GWX6QWRY the product is fake and counterfeit. As of this date, we have not received a refund, Bestbuy refuses to accept the return of the merchandise arguing that it was bought from a "marketplace vendor". We've gone to the store but the manager in a very disrespectful and condescending manner refused to accept the return.
