Bizarre hack n slasher
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At it's core it's a top down hack n slash game which is fun but can get repetitive. The appeal is the style, humor and bizarreness suda51 brings to its games. I think it's priced appropriately for those not familiar with the creator to try and comes with a "season pass" so more content has been added since launch with more promised.

A love letter to Suda51 fans
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Travis Strikes Again is a game that not everyone will fully enjoy. First of all it is an indie game, so if you’re expecting fast paced NMH action, you’ll be let down. While the beat em’ up gameplay is repetitive, it has some depth and great moments during boss battles. The main thing that this game does well is it’s overall appreciation of games. To past Grasshopper titles and characters, recent indie games and retro games, it has it all. There’s a lot of heart to this flawed game, plus you get the season pass with the physical edition!

Suda51 & 4th Wall Breaking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Travis Touchdown returns in a game set between No More Heroes 1 and 2. Fans of previous games will notice that the same style and flavor suda51 games are known for is still there. While a departure from the traditional game style of previous No More Hero games, it brings interesting concepts of the video game worlds Travis must take place in revolving around retro games like Hotline Miami (also another suda51 game is referenced as a game world location). Great example of an indie title that also includes a season pass for the game when buying the physical version.

A pretty cool concept that can be a bit too grindy
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game has a pretty neat concept of being sucked into a video game machine and fighting through different types of "games" If you like co op hack and slash then this is pretty fun but with most games of that type it can be a bit of a grind and somewhat repetitive. Thankfully the story and characters are interesting enough that despite the grind you still feel compelled to finish it. NOW BRING ON NO MORE HEROES 3

Pretty simple but enjoyable game.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game will be very polarizing to many who play it thinking it will be like the main series of games in the No More Heroes franchise. Feels like an indie take on the main game. Pretty simple and kind of repetitive but I liked the story beats and that good ol' Suda 51 charm.

Hack 'n slash for the win!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first Travis Touchdown/Suda51 game and so far I am enjoying the game. The main mechanic of using your beam katana to kill the bugs in each Death Drive MKII game is a little repetitive but I appreciate that there are so many different types of games to play. The best part in my opinion is the writing/story and all the extras including hidden collectables, t-shirts and ramen blog! I'm hoping the new characters and levels included in the season pass adds more replay value to the game because right now I have a low desire to play through it again.

Suda51 all the way, for better or worse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a fun hack-and-slash game reeking of Suda51's signature traits. It's quite short, and very repetitive, but stage diversity keeps you hooked through start to finish. Several characters from Suda51's previous games make appearances as well. If you're a fan of his work, you're in for some fun. If you're not, this probably won't change your mind.

Still no more hero’s
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game are same humor and fun of a no more hero’s game, but it is not a core game. All this does is make me want a new one. I didn’t miss Travis touchdown, it only there weren’t so many sword wielders in smash. This isn’t he game we want, it’s the game we need I renew interest in the franchise. Fun gameplay if not a bit repetive. Worth it at 40
