Not bad but mic could be better

The mic was a bit short and weak. It broke off when I dropped the headset as does frequently happen in the world of video games. I used gorilla glue and tape, didn't work. I need a new one so I'm gonna try a different brand.

- A:Answer Volume control is on the left ear piece (the one with the microphone attached) on the back. I use this headset on PS4 and PC, though I think it works with Xbox One as well.

- A:Answer U have to plug in the aux cable to remote and go to audio setting then adjust to your liking also make sure u bring down the mic thing down so it turns on
