A: Yes, it will charge in both directions
Q: does it need to be plugged in at all? if so what cord is needed? micro usb?
A: Yes micro usb. It comes with one but its short and one of the two i bought came with a faulty cord that being said they work great no charger block included

A: It works on my iPhone 10s, my wife’s Samsung s9 and my son’s note 8 with no issues

A: Yes, this charger can be used with your phone.
Q: Does this work on an iPhone 6+?
A: No. The iPhone 6+ is not wireless charge capable. Apple wireless charge capability started with the iPhone 8.
Q: Could I charge my Samsung tablet with this charger?
A: Does not work with my tablet. You have to have bluetooth connection. Hope this helps.

A: iPhone did not use wireless charging until the “8”

A: No it is not able to wirelessy charge
