Q: I pre-order my uncharted copy. I pick it up and began playing it and I still haven't received my email code for the Jake and Dexter game. Can someone help me with this. How long does it take to receive the email code for the extra game?

A: I had this kind of issue before with pre-order. you need to call their customer service and they will email you. It might be in your spam folder.

Q: On the Lost Legscy The Gate Keeper level where Chloe has to go after Nadine and she climbs into the room snd has to use C4 to blow an door open to get to Nadine there is no C4 or gun in the trunk! What do you do?

A: I got mine in an email on 8/22.

Q: Does the game support Arabic

A: According to Naughty Dog, they have a version that supports Arabic. The download patch 1.03 allows you to change the in game text and subtitles to any European language. The voice support, however, varies by disk copy. You can determine which version of the game supports which voice language by looking at the small serial number printed along the outside edge of the game disc. If the number displays 07875, the game supports voice for: English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and Arabic
