A: Hi, GB! No. This case is compatible with RX100/M2/M3/M4/M5/M5A. Sony does not have a compatible waterproof case for DSC-RX100M7. -Vincent
A: Try an auto parts store. They ussually have a box with assorted "O" rings you should be able to find your size. O rings are standard items very few if any companies use non standard O rings
