    Upstream Color
Primer director Shane Carruth returns nearly a decade after his debut feature with the enigmatic thriller Upstream Color. Amy Seitz stars as a woman whose life is shattered when a thief gives her a mysterious drug that forces her to do whatever he says. Years after this incident, she begins a tentative relationship with a man (played by Carruth), but both of them seem to suffer from strange memory problems, and she's still haunted by what happened to her before. Upstream Color screened at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, where Carruth won accolades years before with Primer. ~ Perry Seibert, Rovi

      For Those Who Are Patient

If you're looking at this movie, then you probably already know what you're in for. Shane Carruth's follow up to his time travel tale "Primer". This is a slow burner, and takes it time to tell a story about two people who come together after a strange little organism comes into play. If you like movies that make you think...and leave you questioning what you just watched...

      "Interesting" movie...

Chances are, if you're interested in this movie, you've already seen the director's first movie, Primer. Which means you know what you're getting into. This movie is just as polarizing as his first film. It can get a little hard to follow. It might not be for everyone/
