Great Drone for Beginners.
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Let me start by saying that I am a first-time drone owner with 0 experience prior to this purchase. It took me 2 days and a total of about 3 hours before I can say that I felt comfortable controlling the SP680 drone. Landing seems to be the hardest maneuver as it always seems to flip or land awkwardly. The SP680 doesn't seem to hover in place and I couldn't tell if it was the wind or if I needed to adjust the blades using the trim function. Overall the remote does make controlling the SP680 a lot of fun. There is also an app that you can download on your phone (Android/Apple) that allows you to control the drone and view the camera feed. You can also see the battery life on the screen which was very helpful as they only last about 20 minutes each. The app's interface could use an update, but outside of that connecting to the app was easy. The camera is decent for the price and while the specifications list the SP680 as having a 2.7k resolution while recording video, I feel like it is capturing footage in 720p. Granted it clearly says in the manual that this is not intended for professional photography. The SP680 is a ton of fun and not too difficult to learn. While the app and camera quality do hold it back from being great, I highly recommend this to anyone that is wanted to try out drones without breaking the bank.

Love it! Put video in my travel vlog
Posted .I am not sure why there are some 1 star while this drone flew perfectly fine for me. I took video for my travel vlog and the quality was great. The devices was light and it was easy to connect. However, it takes time to learn how to fly it, it took me some time to play around. Overall, it's a great drone for this price range.

don’t bother buying
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.junk. it kept going up on its own with no input from me. also didn’t hover in place at all. it kept drifting from side to side by large margins. the trim buttons didn’t do anything and this was inside where there is no wind. wouldn’t connect to my iphone xs but did on my ipad mini which obviously doesn’t fit in the remote holder.
