A: I bought my first one from sears. then, they didnt carry them. I then found them through online order with best buy. If they cannot supply a new one, or at least the replacement part, i would contact waring. companies generally have extra unsold parts in warehouse, or can refer you to the company that picked up the division. I might sugest that, inasmuch as you like the slicer enough to repair and replace, that if you can, order a second one for the part and keep the main body as a backup.. Good luck.
