For those who want a direct adaption of Watchmen

Watchmen. The Graphic Novel that helped bring dark back into comics. With a live action movie finally in production, and WB's love for give comic heroes a shot at animation, Watchmen became a stop-motion animation. Originally available on the Playstation Network for a meager price (gone now), you can now see all twelve chapters for $14.99. My only problem with is, they only hired one voice actor (Tom Stechschulte) and it can cause the mood to brighten up instead of being dark. Though he was pretty good at Rorschach, the film's/graphic novel's psychotic protagonist. For people who refuse to see the Watchmen: Live Action movie due to some minor plot alterations, here is your movie. For people who cannot find time or are not willing to pay $29-$32.99 for the Graphic Novel, here is the book. The DVD also includes looks at the movie and other Watchmen/DC related project. And for those who are fans of 'Tales of the Black Freighter' the segements are still in the Motion Comic. And BestBuy has it for the cheapest price I've seen, $14.99 (2nd:, $18.99).

the best adaptation you will ever see

This is going to be the most accurate adaptation of Alan Moore's comic. The film Zach Snyder has made is a disgrace. I can see why Alan Moore had his name withheld from it. Director Terry Gilliam had tried to make the film twice and did not succeed. He even called Alan Moore personally and asked him how he would go about making the film and Allan Moore told him that he would'nt. Terry Gilliam respectfully bowed out from making the film. Zach Snyder should be ashamed for making a horrible piece of hollywood trash.

A Must Have Before Watching the Movie

if you've read the graphic novel or if you haven't then this is a must have for you. The Watchmen series as a whole is a classic of American Literature and shpuld be read by all. For all of thopse who don't consider themselves in depth readers, this motion comic is a great way to experience the graphic novel without losing much. The coming out on 3/6/09 will definitely be a different interpretation so it helps having this as a comparison to the original.

      Great addition to the comic!

This motion comic is a must have for Watchmen fans. This is exactly like the comic except for a few minor dialogs that have been removed because they would have been unnecessary for the motion comic since the narration adds the emotion in the characters dialog (you'll understand if you read the book along with watching the motion comic). The motion animation and added transitions are just amazing! Really brings the book to life!!!! BUY THIS!!!! IT JUST RELEASED TODAY!!!
