Really fast and Game Code works!

I moved them to this drive and I'm in-game within 20 seconds now so yes it is fast. Also, game code works as expected. I submitted on the WD website and was emailed the code within 2 minutes. I have a Samsung Evo and this beats it with loading times. And yes I know the speeds are not true Gen 4 but it's still hella fast!

I use this as an external hard drive as I bought an enclosure that connects to the usb 3.1 port. BF 2042 is a decent game to get alongside this.

I put the M.2 SSD in a PCI-e adapter with heatsink (Given this is the black model that probably gives off more heat) and it works flawlessly.

Other then that its not worth the price as this card is extremely old. And was almost a month before I got it. Any one looking to buy this one I would shop around its cheaper online at other stores and faster shipping..

- A:Answer Very very marginally at best. Drives do not have a very radical impact on performance, the most notable improvement will be that if the game is installed on the drive it will load faster.

- A:Answer Unfortunately, no. The m.2 drive comes with a card with the game activation code. You will not be able to active the game until you have the m.2 drive.
