Q: Can you this to make Windows 10 recovery disk?
A: Yes you can!
Q: What's the format on this drive? I'm looking for an ExFat format.
A: This drive is FAT32. However, exFAT is easily had by using disk management in Windows 10 and reformatting the drive as exFAT. Additional directions can be found by using google. I have one of these drives formatted to exFAT to create 4GB (and larger) files. Hope That Helps...

Q: can I transfer games from console to console?
A: If I am understand the question correctly. I do not believe you can transfer games off a usb stick to another console. But it will play the game off the stick so you don’t have to worry about downloading again.
