Q: This washer have an agitator?
A: This washer is HE although the description doesn't say it is. Actually, the unit is not ready to be shipped anywhere so I'm answering based on what I was told... I found this out when I called whirlpool directly because Best Buy has been giving me the run around for months as to when my unit will be delivered. The unit is not available anywhere and should not be listed as available because it really isnt and likely won't be for quite some time until whirlpool makes it.

A: Whirlpool told me that it is HE and is currently not available yet, but orders are being accepted.
