Q: how quiet is it.

A: I've had many dishwashers. This one is about as quiet as a dishwasher is going to be and still clean the dishes.

Q: Where is the silverware basket? WDF320PADW

A: Normally recessed into the base of the door. The basket can be placed elsewhere if the user doesn't like that location.

Q: wash wands

A: It has two wands. One under each shelf/basket.

Q: If I purchase a dishwasher from you, what is included

A: Depends on the unit you choose but usually only the machine is included. If you have a dishwasher already and it broke down and you are replacing it the installation is super easy to do yourself, probably only a trip to Home Depot and an hours work with a bit of know how.

Q: How many decibels is it

A: The dishwasher operates at a 55 decibels.

Q: Does delivery charge include installation?

A: No,but the price match guarantee meant a very reasonable installation fee for a challenging installation.

Q: WHY DO MY PLASTIC CONTAINERS AND CUPS COME OUT WET, WHILE PLATES AND PORCELAIN SEEM TO BE DRY? i HAVE HEARD OF A CONDENSATION DRYER, BUT I ALWAYS CHOOSE THE HIGH HEAT OPTION.

A: JULIE, we recommend contacting Whirlpool regarding your concerns by calling 1-800-253-1301 weekdays between 8 am and 8 pm EST. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!
