Q: How can you remove the divider in the freezer
A: (How about that worthless owner's manual, eh? What a joke!) The key to removing/adjusting the chunky plastic dividers is to release the clip on the front-to-back piece that holds it on the back rail. To do so, you need to push in on the bottom/under part of the clip to clear the rail, then pull up on the piece. Once you have that unclipped, it's fairly easy to work the entire dividers assembly out of the drawer. Hopefully you're able to get that done without removing the drawer. I wasn't. If you want to remove the drawer to get a better look, here's the video I found on YouTube showing how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6UB7jPvwUrw You'll want to separate the left-right divider from the front-back divider and either reposition it or, like we did, leave it out altogether and reinstall the front-back divider to hold the ice bucket in position.
A: Yes
Q: Is there an ice maker in the freezer?
A: Dear Consumer: The Whirlpool refrigerator does have a factory installed ice maker in the freezer compartment. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances! Sincerely, Aisha B.
A: The body of this Whirlpool refrigerator is 68.5 inches high. The measurement to the top of the door hinge is 69.5 inches high and goes back 6.5 inches from the face of the refrigerator. This machine is deep enough that the hinge should not impact or interfere with a standard over refrigerator kitchen cabinet but everyone's situation is different. I hope this helps.
Q: Does my whirlpool refrigerator wrb322dmbw. With ice maker , no water dispenser have a filter?
A: No, it doesn't have a filter, but I put an inline one in at the back of refrigerator where my icemaker line comes out of the wall.
Q: Do you need to hook the fridge up to a water source for the ice maker?
A: If you are not going to use the ice maker, there is a small wire "switch" that can be pushed up to disable that function. It has to have a water supply connected, although I don't have mine connected. So I just flipped the switch up.
Q: Does this unit WRB322DMBM have a water filter for the ice maker and if so where is it located
A: Hello Pip! No, this model does not have a water filter. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.
A: The sides are grey and the stainless steel does not have a fingerprint resistant coating.

Prior to this we had an LG bottom freezer, stainless fridge that was loaded with features. Unfortunately, the LG failed twice in 8 years. My wife wanted a similar model an we came across this Whirlpool model. On-line reviews are very good for it so we gave it a shot. It was not available for viewing at our Best Buy, so this was a sight-unseen purchase. First the good - it's very efficient and relatively quiet. It works like it should and has more capacity than the LG we had. In fact, it's quite a bit larger internally than the LG despite similar exterior dimensions. The stainless finish is OK, but less fingerprint-resistant than some I've seen. Now the not-so-good - the ice maker only has the arm shutoff - the LG had a switch in addition that was a nice touch. The ice maker has no size adjustment so the cubes are what they are - you could make the LG cubes smaller or larger. The shelves and drawers are functional, but don't have the quality feel the LG's did. When you open the door and recluse it, the temperature of course inside drops again. The seal on the door is so good that my wife cannot physically open the door again until the inside temp stabilizes again due to the vacuum drawn on the door. All in all, this is a good fridge. At the price it should have a few more features and the feel of the drawer slides and shelves should be better. Ultimately I can live with that as long as it lasts. Now the really bad - the installers came and set up the fridge for us. Now you might say setup is setup. But here are my complaints; 1) they used a cordless drill to remove the door handle and hinges (needed to swap opening from left to right). Doing so really torques the screws and as a result distorted the sheet metal on the door where the fasteners were. They also broke off the plastic cover or vanity screws that cover the empty screw holes on the side without the handle. Installers should NEVER use power tools on things like exterior appliance hardware. I was out of the room at the time or would have stopped them. So I had to buy more at $20 for two tiny plastic screws. 2) they did not properly level the fridge, so the door would not close when released. So, pretty good fridge, poor installation and setup.

This refrigerator is amazing, or I'm assuming it is. We originally ordered this fridge because it met the measurements our apartment complex gave us. Now, granted, I should've measured myself before just going on what they said the measurement was. The delivery men come, and tell us we are an inch off. 1 inch. So, we freak out and went to bestbuy and were able to get the brother to this Fridge (which was cheaper because it was on clearance and a bunch of other boring things...) The fridge we do have is the exact same as this, but black and a little smaller and it is fantastic! The freezer capacity is better than I believed it would be. Granted you can't put big pizza boxes in it, but that is fine. Just take it out of the box and if you must, cut out the heating directions and put it with the pizza or whatever it is that wouldn't fit. I can't speak for the ice maker, because our complex is older and does not have the hook-up for water. (Side-note: you must but the water line for Best Buy to deliver, install and take away the old one. If you are like me and don't have a water hook-up, you can always return the water line after it gets delivered. The Best Buy person told me that, and that is what I did.) The fridge is amazing. Being able to fit the milk jug on the door is fantastic. One of the main thing we wanted in a new fridge (apart from bottom freezer) were the solid shelves that have the lip surrounding the edge, "spill-proof", and this fridge has it, and it really does work. We had wire racks before, and not only would there be a pool of mess on the bottom shelve, the food in the fridge that was directly below what spilled, would also the a mess from the dripping. Such a nasty thing that has been solved now. The temperature controls are digital, but not by degree. They are digital numbers 1-7 with 7 being the coldest and LED lights inside which makes it so bright inside! BEWARE: You might be blinded when you go to the fridge for a 2 am drink because the lights are very bright. Also, in case you were wondering, the black version we have is a smooth finish on the front, no bumps. Although for full disclosure, the sides do have the bumpy texture. All in all: I believe we would have loved this fridge since we love the younger and smaller brother version. FYI: The fridge totally matches our new stove. Even though they were bought at different times. Bought the Silver Fridge and the stove at the same time, fridge was too big and we went and found the smaller fridge. Which matches the stove better in my opinion.

After a tireless search for a bottom freezer refrigerator, we decided on this Whirlpool 21.9 cu. ft. So happy with our purchase! I have owned a bottom freezer refrigerator for 30 years, both french door & traditional. This one is replacing a french door bottom freezer refrigerator which I never liked. I am sure there are different kitchen situations that might benefit from french doors but for everyone else you will quickly realize 2 doors makes it a 2 handed job 99% of the time. Rarely do you ever not open both doors. One door equals one hand opening which is great when putting things into the fridge, Love it! This one is so spacious! While searching we got really caught up in some of the features of other refrigerators that cost double the price. Very happy with our purchase and glad that I didn't have to spend $3000-$4000 for it!
