A: Hi btxpress, the temperatures in both sections are adjustable. So you can choose to adjust the temperature in the red wine zone to store whites. We hope this helps!
Q: Can you order left hinge from the factory. If not how hard is it to change out?
A: Ron- The door will come with the right hand door swing. This is reversible, and here is a link to the Owners Manual. the instructions for switching the door swing are on page 7.

Q: Will this hold champagne bottles?
A: You would have to turn the bottles sideways and can only do this on the bottom shelves,and the bottom of the cooler is meant for red wine so it only goes down to 50 degrees
Q: Are the shelves in this unit adjustable
