A: We have our whites at 52 degrees and the reds at 60.
Q: How do you reset the cooler after a power outage?

A: No, it does not.
Q: Can any of the shelves be removed? Will champagne bottles and Riesling bottles fit?
A: Yes. Right now we have a champagne bottle on the very bottom shelf and two Riesling bottles above that. We put in all the large horizontal shelves because leaving the space to stand bottles up didn’t work well. This unit works beautifully.
Q: Can the door be reversed is a key question for me.
A: No the doors are not reversible.
Q: Does this hold larger bottles of wine?
A: No, unfortunately, but I knew that when I bought it.
