A: The band I got was the large band so it easily has room for a medium wrist and probably a much larger wrist than mine.

A: It will fit you but there’s a lot of left over band Also the little hook that holds the extra length of band in place disengages if you bump it. I’m constantly rehooking mine so the band doesn’t flop around
