A: Yes, it’s unlocked to all carriers
A: if it would’ve worked I would’ve been able to use it with Spectrum, but it didn’t work. I had to return it and spectrum insurance sucks they have a $50-100$deductible. Depending on the phone, you have to mail it to him for two weeks and the phones are erased. You don’t get any data back. it’s made me quit buying for anybody, but Apple and the apple insurance is worth its money.

Pretty good
Nothing is perfect but this phone has been working just fine for my daughter. The battery is pretty good and it came with a screen protector and a charging cable which was a plus, appearance wise it had very mine small scratches but that’s nothing compared to what she did to her last phone.

Shouldn’t have made it past quality control
Could have lived with the 72% battery capacity had that been the only issue, but the “selfie” camera was blurry, when I turned the phone on it said it couldn’t recognize the screen. Said that it wasn’t an Apple product. This was a refurbished phone. The screen replacement jutted out off the phone itself. The phone screen also had a full time blue hue to it. At certain angles the phone screen looked dark or white. Ended up returning the phone, paid the restocking fee (kinda bogus, wasn’t like I don’t want the phone, it just shouldn’t have been sold in that condition) see photos below
