A: Hi there- Shokz here! We're very sorry to hear you've lost the charging case. Due to technical issues, we do not currently sell the charging cases separately. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any questions. Thank you!
A: Hi there- Shokz here! The Shokz OpenDots ONE do not use bone conduction technology. They utilize air conduction technology combined with DirectPitch™ and an open-ear design, according to Shokz. This means sound is delivered to your ears through the air, like traditional headphones, rather than through vibrations on the bones of your skull. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thank you!
A: Nope, you can shake your head and they won't budge. I truly love these and I've used the last 3 models of the galaxy buds and there is no comparison. Great product
A: They are loud in your ear, but they aren't loud enough to not hear what's going on around you. I haven't had any complaints so far. Sounds quality is great!!
Q: Does anyone in healthcare use these? Could I use a stethoscope without having to take these out?
A: They sit right at your ear canal so it could be a problem. I'm sure there is probably a work around. You could slide it up your ear a bit and then move them back.
A: They are pretty much One size fits all. They are springy and hold your ear surprisingly well.
Q: Can I pair this with my computer to use as audio for games
A: Yes. Via Bluetooth.

Shokz OpenDots One: A game-changer for open-ear audio The Shokz OpenDots One are truly a standout innovation in the world of open-ear earbuds, especially if you prioritize comfort and situational awareness. Here's what makes them shine: Unrivaled Comfort: These earbuds are remarkably lightweight at just 6.5 grams per earbud, making them feel almost imperceptible even during extended wear. The flexible nickel-titanium plate and soft silicone grip ensure a comfortable and secure fit that adapts to various ear shapes, eliminating pressure and discomfort often associated with traditional earbuds. One reviewer even noted being able to comfortably wear them while sleeping on their side. This makes them ideal for all-day use, whether you're working, commuting, or engaging in light activities. Excellent Audio Quality: The OpenDots One offer surprisingly rich and clear audio, including a decent bass response thanks to Shokz's Bassphere Technology and Dolby Audio support. While not quite matching the sound quality of top-tier noise-isolating earbuds, they stand out among open-ear options, providing a crisp and detailed sound that's perfect for casual listening, audiobooks, and podcasts. Maintain Situational Awareness: The open-ear design allows you to enjoy your audio while remaining fully connected to your environment. This is particularly beneficial for runners, cyclists, or anyone who needs to be aware of traffic, conversations, or other sounds around them. Impressive Battery Life: You'll get up to 10 hours of playtime on a single charge and a remarkable 40 hours with the compact charging case. Even a quick 10-minute charge provides 2 hours of listening time, making them convenient for on-the-go use. Thoughtful Features: The OpenDots One come with a suite of useful features including an IP54 water resistance rating, AI noise-canceling mics for clear calls, multipoint pairing for seamless switching between devices, and customizable EQ and touch controls through the Shokz app. The earbuds are even interchangeable, and feature dynamic ear detection that automatically adjusts audio channels for stereo sound regardless of which earbud is in which ear. In conclusion, the Shokz OpenDots One offer a refreshing take on the open-ear earbud experience. While the sound quality might not satisfy hardcore audiophiles who prioritize noise cancellation, the OpenDots One are an exceptional choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, lightweight, and long-lasting earbud that keeps them connected to both their music and the world around them. If you've been looking for an open-ear option that truly enhances your daily life, the OpenDots One are definitely worth considering.

These Shokz - OpenDots are really amazing. I have been very impressed with the sound quality for phone calls and music. I first tested a similar Bose product; the music sounded wonderful, but the calls weren't so good. The problems with calls were always on the other end, so not sure if Bose needs to work on the mic side of calls or what. However, I have no such issue with these. I also love the small case; it fits in my front pocket and is not bulky. I talk on the phone for 4-8 hours a day. The battery life is excellent, and they are also very comfortable. I love the open-ear design, as it lets me hear what is going on around me. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had these Shokz OpenDots for about a week now, and I bought them with my own hard-earned cash. No freebie, no influencer deal, just a guy trying to keep his ears happy. My wife’s been raving about Shokz for years, but I stayed loyal to my AirPods Pros… until I stumbled across the Shokz kiosk at Best Buy and tried on every single style like a kid in a candy store. The OpenDots won me over, not because they’re flashy (they’re not), but because they just work—especially with glasses. They look a little different at first, but wear them once and you stop caring and so does everyone else. The sound is shockingly immersive. I wasn’t expecting that from something that doesn’t even go inside your ear. I turned on the Deep Bass setting in the app, and wow—these things absolutely punch. Podcasts, music, calls—they all sound crisp, clear, and far better than “open-ear” should allow. They’ve held steady on my ears through ruck hikes, a 4-mile run with sprints, and even cycling. ZERO slipping. No adjusting. My mind has been blown. And here’s a bonus I didn’t expect: While waiting at the barber shop with my son, I handed him one bud and kept the other for myself so he could hear a video I wanted him to see. It hit me—this is way more sanitary to share than traditional earbuds. Since they rest on the ear instead of in it, there’s no earwax handoff. Major win. A few standout wins: - Seamless switching between iPhone and Mac—just make sure to toggle that feature on in the app. - Battery life is no joke. After three hours, I still had 70% left. - Universal earbuds: you can stick either bud in either ear and they’ll still charge in any slot. Whoever designed that deserves a raise. Now, the nitpicks: - No volume control on the buds. I have an Apple Watch that can control the volume, so it’s not a dealbreaker, but I do miss being able to slide up or down like I can on my AirPods Pros. - After 2 hours, I start to feel a little ear fatigue. Not painful, just noticeable. It’s probably going to take my body some time to get used to this design so I can leave them in longer. - No “Find My” feature. If I lose the case, I’m on my own. Might need to slap an AirTag on it like I do when I take my kids to Disney haha. Bottom line: These are different-looking earbuds that sound amazing, feel great, and somehow manage to work better than any other Shokz designs if you wear glasses. Whether you’re logging serious workouts or catching up on podcasts around the house, these let you stay connected to your audio and your surroundings—so you won’t miss a beat (or a “Dad, come here!” from the other room). If you're on the fence, I was too. But now I get the hype.
