Q: What is the difference between the OpenFit Pro and the OpenFit Pro 2?
A: Hi Mike. I have both models. The Pro 2's have better battery life, better sound, USB charging, slightly better fit (at least for me), and way better call quality. I might be mistaken, but the overall build quality seems somehow better too. Hope this helps.
A: Not unless you have the volume excessively high.
Q: Are you able to achieve a good-quality bass sound?
A: They have a very good sound. They are not as hard hitting as over the ear ones of course. I like them because you can adjust them to still be able to hear in an emergency,or can play music and have a conversation. You can try them at the store.
Q: will these connect with phone to talk and listen
A: Yes. And most of the folks I’ve talked to through them don’t know it.
Q: Why are the open run pro 2 shokz only water resistant while the open run pro’s are waterproof?
A: Hi there- Shokz here! Both the OpenRun Pro 2 and the OpenRun Pro have an IP rating of 55, meaning they are resistant to water splashes and sweat, but are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water. The OpenSwim and OpenSwim Pro are the only headphones that are fully waterproof and can be submerged in water. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Q: Hello, is this compatible with the app? Can the equalizer be adjusted?
A: Hi there- Shokz here! Yes, the OpenRun Pro 2 is compatible with the Shokz app. You can choose from 4 preset EQ modes and 2 custom modes to tailor your experience, seamlessly connect with MultiPoint Pairing, and more via the Shokz App. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Q: Do they have a mute button on them?
A: Hello- Shokz here! The OpenRun Pro 2 does not have a mute button. Our OpenComm2 UC does have a mute button. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thank you!
A: Yes, I charge it using my Samsung phone cable all the time.

lest start by sayin there bone conducting you will not get the same empierce as the in ear or over the ear, there unique and on their own level, for what they are promoting there hitting it right on, durable, comfortable and the thing i like it charges in less than 15m and they last 7+ hours in one charge, love them. you can listen to what ever you like and also hear people talking to you or just ear your soundings.

Have had these for a couple weeks now, replacing a pair or original open run pros that ive had for 2 years. I like the usb-c plug and the sound is pretty good. The only issue is the battery does not last like the specs states. After 2 hours of use it says its medium level then another hour goes by and it says to charge them. I rather the previous version much better. That battery lasted all day.
