I recently purchased the Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5 Chromebook 2-in1 Laptop from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This device has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to navigate, whether I’m working on a project or just browsing the web. The 13.3" FHD touchscreen is responsive and vibrant, enhancing my overall experience. The ability to switch between laptop and tablet modes effortlessly is a game changer, making it perfect for both productivity and leisure. The performance powered by the Snapdragon 7cG2 chip is impressive. With 8GB of RAM and 128GB of eMMC storage, multitasking has been a breeze. I can easily run multiple applications without any lag, which is essential for my daily tasks. One of the standout features for me is the long battery life. I can use it for hours on end without needing to charge, making it ideal for on-the-go use. Whether I'm at a café, in a meeting, or lounging at home, I don’t have to worry about finding an outlet. The Abyss Blue color adds a sleek and modern touch, and the included keyboard provides a comfortable typing experience. Overall, the Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5 has proven to be an outstanding Chromebook, combining versatility, performance, and style. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient device!

The Duet 5 is the perfect 2 in 1 follow up to the older sibling, the OG and smaller Duet. Build quality - Overall is mid to high end all around and very solid. Keyboard: Strikes the perfect balance between light for mobile use but also rock solid sturdy with good key travel. Not backlit. I also own the HP X2 11 but I dislike the keyboard on that 2 in 1. It feels like a flimsy cardboard compared to the nice solid keyboard on this Duet 5. Unlike its smaller sibling or the HP X2 11, this keyboard finally has a magnet, so the keyboard does not shift around once closed. Great improvement here. Back cover: The material has a very similar high end gray fabric feel to the OG Duet, which is very nice. The kickstand hinge is solid but also easy enough to open/close with one hand, which is great. Both the OG Duet and even worse, the HP X2 11 kickstand hinge is unnecessarily tight. Performance Much improved speed of use compared to the OG Duet, but obviously not nearly as snappy as a 11th-gen Intel Tiger Lake i3 like on my Flex 5i. The Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 is also a slight improvement to the first Gen, which is on the HP X2 11. Definitely a noticeable speed difference between those generations in every day use, but unless you are comparing side by side, you really won't notice or care. Overall, I'm perfectly happy with the start up and every day use performance. Battery Life: Very very good battery life. I never tested to depletion, but I would use it all day, light to medium use for work and entertainment (emails, browsing, document editing, YouTube, Netflix, etc.), and would have plenty left in the tank. My guess is that with light to medium use like me, it would last a good 10-15 hrs, lower end of that for heavy video watching. Screen: Last and the 'best' part, the screen quality. Wow! This OLED screen is insanely beautiful. The colors pop and the brightness is more than what you will need, even for the outside. I've got the Lenovo Flex 5i which is a similar 13.3" screen, and this 13.3" OLED screen blows that out of the water. Overall : Very happy with the purchase and performance. Similar thoughts to the HP X2 11, which is that I would avoid paying full price. I'm a Chromebook junkie so I paid full price. :) Be smart and just wait a couple of months if you can, and the price will go down a good $100-$150 for sure. At $350-$400, it is without a doubt, a DEIFNITE buy!

I recently purchased the Lenovo and it has quickly become my favorite piece of tech. From its sleek design to its impressive performance, this laptop ticks all the boxes for a modern, efficient, and powerful computing experience. The first thing that caught my eye was the laptop’s sleek, minimalist design. It is crafted from high-quality materials, giving it a premium feel. It’s remarkably thin and lightweight, making it perfect for on-the-go professionals like myself. The backlit keyboard is not only visually appealing but also incredibly comfortable for long typing sessions It features a stunning display with vibrant colors and sharp details. Whether I’m editing photos, watching movies, or working on presentations, the visual quality is top-notch. The narrow bezels enhance the viewing experience, making it immersive and enjoyable. Audio Quality: The speakers deliver clear, crisp sound, which is perfect for video calls and media consumption. Security: The fingerprint reader adds an extra layer of security and convenience. Thermal Management: The laptop stays cool even during intensive tasks, thanks to its efficient cooling system. Overall, the Lenovo is an exceptional laptop that combines style, performance, and portability. It meets all my professional and personal

This device is a beast. I'm still amazed that it costs so little. I use it to read sheet music in concert band, take digital pint classes (with a stylus I bought that works great), and just about everything else. The keyboard is nice. It attaches and detaches as if it thinks on its own. I did have to buy a stylus and stylus holder separately. The battery is amazing. I dont understand how it lasts so much longer than my phone. Maybe it's some form of nuclear fusion. ;) The screen is excellent. It works well using you finger or a stylus. Chrome OS has its own gestures for the keyboard mouse or just your fingers. Once I learned those getting around was easy. The camera is sort of 'meh', but the device works best when working with your phone and not replacing it, so I just use my phone's camera. After using this, I've become a fan of both Chromebooks and Lenova.

Its a great little device. The included peripherals feel far more premium than other competitive products. Its incredibly convenient, functioning as a chromebook and a tablet. It crosses over seemlessly. Its not the best tablet, nor the best chromebook, but it finds a sweet spot between them that no one else seems to have figured out. The standby battery is exceptional, more what you would expect from a tablet rather than a chromebook. Its lasted upwards of three days and barely decreased. The screen, its only 1080p, but the OLED panel look REALLY nice.
