HST Tips: Two 6" finished half square triangles sewn together form a 6" finished square. Cut a 7 1/2" strip across the width of fabric. Fanfold into 7 3/8" widths. Place on selected blade and cut. Cut 10 half square triangles across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 40 half square triangles.
