Q: Can you upload pictures from your phone to this?
A: Not directly. You would need to transfer the photos from your phone to your computer first. Then transfer the photos to the frame. If you want to transfer photos directly to a frame take a look at our Wi-Fi models: AWS10F, AWDMPF107F, AWS15F, AWS17F or AFT11F.

Q: does this photo frame rotate photos and stop on individual photos ?
A: You can rotate a photo or edit the photo using a computer photo editing program to get the orientation you need. As for stopping on a photo, you can pause the slideshow. Otherwise the slideshow will continue according to the time you set per photo.
Q: How do you put pictures in the frame
A: You will need an SD card or USB thumb drive, 32GB or less in size formatted to FAT32. You can also connect your computer directly to the frame using a USB cable and transfer photos that way. Contact Aluratek at [email protected] for more tips if you have any questions.
Q: Does it play short video clips?
A: You can play short video clips with this frame. Video must be converted to .avi format. Photos should be in .jpg or .jpeg format, and music needs to be converted to .mp3 format. I recommend loading audio or video files into the memory.

A: The frame must be connected to AC at all times.
