A: You can use the watch with or without an additional service - if you want to receive calls from your watch without having your phone with you, you will in fact need to add cellular service to your watch. It’s about $10 additional a month -

A: Well...It has its own number but you use number sync to sync it with your phone’s number. When you get a call on your phone’s number, both your watch and phone ring...answer it on either device.

A: All Apple watches have changeable bands

A: I haven’t had any troubles yet making or receiving calls via my iwatch. In fact in certain places i have seemingly had better reception. I cannot explain that but it does work great.

Q: I want to buy this item as a gift. However I don't want my receiver to have to pay cellular if he only wants to do bluetooth. Would he be able to use this via bluetooth instead of getting a cellular plan if he so chooses?

A: You do Not have to have a Cellular plan with it. The same way if you have cellphone and just use Wi-Fi and don't have a Cellular plan.

Best Watch So Far
I upgraded to this watch from the first Apple Watch Sport 42mm. This watch is superior. It is fast and the cellular service is superb. I love being able to complete most things on my watch even when my phone isn’t nearby. The fitness tracking functions are much better and accurately track my activity compared to my first watch. The Nike faces are a great touch and you can access Nike Run Club app by touching the Nike logo on any Nike Watch face. I like the smaller watch case because even as a man my wrists are rather small. The form factor of this watch with my imitation Hermès bands looks stunning for workout or formal functions. Only negative is the cellular service doesn’t work outside of your home country. So when I travel aboard for work my cell plan on my watch does not work. Maybe they will change this with a future software upgrade or carrier settings update.

Great Nike Apple Watch
I love this watch, I use it daily and like the integrated Nike run app. I opted to get the Nike version this time when I was buying a new apple watch because we have a treadmill at home and honestly there was zero price difference to the original version. There are some really nice Nike original home screen customization and the band that has all the air holes is really nice for when you work out, but truly even if it didn't have the holes I would still wear it for working out no matter what, I just love having something that can track my calories burned and my distance ran. Probably my favorite feature of an apple watch, in general, is that you can see your friend's health stats for the day. I am super competitive and it is such a small thing, but it is such a great reminder when you see "Sam finished a workout" pop-up on your screen, it's just a good consistent reminder that you need to get active. It works EVERY time I see it as a motivator!
