A: yes. I use it for xfinity with no issues.
Q: Does this work with Spectrum modem?
A: Yes....We are currently using it with modem provided by Spectrum.
Q: Does this router work with att Dsl?
A: Routers are not related to the internet source
Q: Does this router also have the ASUS AI mesh system capabilities?
A: Yes, but you have to download and apply the latest firmware from ASUS, and after apply a hardware reset to both routers

A: It works just fine with my Century Link 40mps DSL service.
