I was excited to use them at first but quickly realized two major problems. Best Buy’s description lists these as having 48 hour battery life but even when you turn off the rgb lights they last maybe 4 to 8 hours. The touch pad on them is located in an incredibly annoying spot. Anytime you try to push them in your ear more or adjust them you are hitting the touch pads and changing the settings everytime but the other problem is that the touch pads don’t work well. I can tap it 5 times before they ever register the action. Otherwise the audio quality is great and I’ve been told from others that the noise cancellation works fine, except when you hit the touch pad on accident turning off the noise cancellation feature. Then you have to fight with it to get it back. Also the narration is a foreign accent with terrible English which makes them sound cheap. Also they don’t allow you to go far from the connection source. 10ft distance and they start cutting out.
