Terrible Experience.
Shipped a week late. Did not arrive on time. Seller will not communicate to accept returns. It's been a month working with Best Buy trying to get this return done and nothing. Do not shop on marketplace. Do not buy from this seller. Maybe they will respond back to me after seeing this. Probably not.

Not Happy
Very much boneless. Does not have any firmness and you will sink down to the floor. The couch is very low to the ground

Great Customer Service
Came here to write a review after these guys helped me out after shipping me an incorrect item from a 1 of 3 piece shipment. Seen the other 1 star reviews and not sure why it went wrong for them. Upon opening the boxes one of the three pieces contained the wrong piece, I then reached out to the seller, they asked for some proof (pictures, etc.), then they immediately sent me a replacement. Super happy with my experience and my family as a whole is satisfied with the couch.
