Beast flex
They don't work, they don't charge, there are problems connecting to Bluetooth.

DO NOT IGNORE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!
I want start buy saying I have a conolete bias to all “BEATS” prouducts. I usually love all the products i purchase from them. When i came across the FLEX earbuds inwas intrigued by the great price and decided to pull the trigger even tbough i A TON OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS IN regards to charging/connection issues. Figured it was just a couple of reports l and it couldnt possibly affect me right? WRONG! Sure same problems. Charged as per the manual instructed and got nothing but a flashing redlight. Tried tongo online for teoubleshooting advice and even gried to do a hard shut off/reset and still nothing. Looks like hundreds (if not thousands) of buyers of this product are having the same exact problem. I actually i do not know why beats doesnt order a recall of this product and just scrap it entirely. BUYER BEWARE! Dont be reeled in by the cheap price! Skip these and buy something else

Won’t charge
These arrived damaged or used I’m not sure. Would not charge and kept blinking red. When I contacted the seller they replied that it was a new item and I wasn’t charging it long enough. Let it charge over night and followed the troubleshooting instructions. Still nothing worked. Finally got them to agree to me returning it. Bought from another seller and they work fine. Still haven’t received a refund even though I returned the item.
