A: Hi Diane24, We offer two different types of formats. One is "physical" which means you would receive a physical CD-Rom. The other is "digital" which mean you would receive an activation code printed on a card inside of a protective sleeve. We have found most manufactures no longer support disc drives and the digital format is more environmentally friendly.
