Serve nutritious and easy home-cooked meals at a fraction of the time that conventional cooking requires. Enjoy all the same benefits you love about Express Crock—one-touch settings for quick pressure-cooked meals—now with a Crisping Lid that adds a delectable crisp to chicken, ribs, and more!
Q: How big is the Lid (the air fryer capacity)?
A: Has a tiny little tray that things fall past and for the giant size of this pot it will only hold about 8 shrimp in 1 layer, be impossible to shake (like an air fryer needs), and be totally ineffective at the necessary 360 degree cooking. Pass on this an all crock / pressure cooker fryer combos, If you want to air fry get a big air fryer, load it up. Watch it reach 400 deg in one minute and be able to shake the contents checking often as a real air fryer will brown everything to a crisp while this is like the heat lamp at the Denny's counter.
Q: How well does it fry is it really crispy?
A: Absolutely not and can only hold 8 shrimp. Don't even think of dumping a bag of wings or fries in this thing. It will never brown. You can however purchase a smaller air fryer only which will do those things faster, hotter, and 20 times better. I found out the hard way, A pressure cooker is not an air fryer, at least this one definitely isn't.
A: I measure 17 inches at the most...I have less than 22 inches and have no problem
Q: Can you put frozen meat in it? That’s our main problem I forget to thaw out meat.
A: yes. you can put frozen meat in it but it takes longer to cook and it needs to be small pieces. I tried a 1 1/2 pound pork loin roast and the middle was very rare. so we cut off the ends and cooked it some more. texture is the same as a defrosted piece of meat. Im sure frozen chicken breast would be ok. we are still learning how to use ours, but we are please with it so far.
Q: Can i use it in Middle east
A: Have no idea. Usually in the Middle East like Germany they operate on a 50hz electrical system where in The USA we operate on 60 he. Email manufacturer.
A: 120V ~ 60Hz 1200W
Q: has anyone made yogurt with this pot? how easy is it to make yogurt?
A: Yes!!! Best yogurt
