Turn on Sleepy Sounds and after getting into bed at the set time this chime will be replaced with gentle music and sounds to help you wind down and get ready for bed. Choose Steady Mode for an alarm that gradually gets more intense the longer you stay in bed, or use Gentle Mode for a more consistent experience. Check your Records to learn about the time you’ve spent in bed, including information like how much you’ve been moving around in your sleep.
