Utter Trash
Received the monitor the next unboxed it and immediately the stryfoam goes all over the place. Set up the monitor and immediately found the screw to connect the stand to the base was missing. Annoying, but I emailed support. They wanted a photo, which I couldn't provide through the Best Buy portal, so I explained the situation in writing and they said they'd send it. It's the only screw that's supposed to come in the box. I needed a monitor, so I drove to a hardware store to improvise while the correct screw shipped. Spent an hour finding the right one. Got home, used the improvised screw, set up the stand, plugged everything in, and the monitor wouldn't detect my computer. Never had this issue before despite similar exact same setup with different monitor at two homes! Two hours of troubleshooting later, I finally got it working. Image quality was immediately disappointing. Adjusted every setting available and couldn't fix it. You get what you pay for, I suppose. While waiting for the replacement screw, I ordered a monitor arm. The VESA housing didn't fit. Assumed I had the wrong arm, ordered another. Replacement screws arrived -- also wrong. Bought a new monitor arm, but due to timing had to ship it to my other house and bring it back to this location. Set it up, and the VESA housing still didn't fit. On closer inspection, there's a physical imperfection in the housing itself.... the last straw. I returned it but Deca Brands owes me three hours of my life back.

Great for business
This is wonderful as a Business monitor. I have not tried it as a Gaming monitor. I’ve had mine for 6 months and I am actually buying a second one for my work desk. I would definitely recommend.
