Crashes all the time. Completely unreliable.
Crashes all the time. Completely unreliable. Past return date. Just bought, money down the drain. Shoulda went with my gut. DELLs are trash. Humbly and respectfully. Save yourself the heartache. Buy something else. Keep swiping, she's not the one. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend. She's the TOXICA of laptops. Say some hail Mary's and run away, run away, and never return!

"Your Computer Has a Memory Problem"
The laptop crashses 2-3 times per day, apparently because of a memory issue. I'm outside of the 15-day return window so BestBuy support said there's options for a refund or turn in.
